• Eligibility: You can return unworn and undamaged jerseys in their original packaging within 3 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• How to Return: Contact us at https://sportalkit.com/contact-us to initiate a return. We’ll provide you with instructions.
• Refunds: Once we receive your returned jersey, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• International Returns: International returns can be more complex. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes associated with the return.
• Exceptions: Personalized jerseys may not be eligible for return.
